Feedback Icon not visible in IE browser [PegaRULES:Feedback]

Hi Everyone,

I am able to see feedback icon in chrome but not in IE.

I tried removing a role[PegaRULES:Feedback] from AG and it disappeared from chrome too.

Can anyone explain me the importance of this role?

Also what is the solution to make it visible in IE.
