Having issues when installing Pega CRM for Insurance
After correctly install Pega 7 and Pega Foundation for Insurance 7.4 ( IIF_7.40.jar), I proceed to install Pega Customer Relationship Management for Insurance (PegaCRMI_740.jar), but at the end we have several errors, and we could not enter to the CRM application with any user.

From the Customer Service for Insurance installation guide (https://community.pega.com/system/files/pdfs/crmi-74-install-guide.pdf) it looks like the pre-requisites is both Pega Foundations for Insurance 7.4 and also Customer Service 7.4 and Sales Automation 7.4 (I believe these two are available in a single installation - CRM 7.4 https://community.pega.com/system/files/pdfs/crm-hz-741-install-guide_0.pdf)
Did in install this second pre-requisite prior to installing CSI?

It could also be a case that the operator is disabled by default. Open designer studio with [email protected] -> search for the operator CSInsuranceSysAdmin -> Security tab See if the operator is disabled.
