Genesis Integration with Pega
Hello Friends,
We want to customize the Genesis integration with Pega Customer servcie/ Pega Platform without using the CTI integrations for telephony channel. Can you pleases suggest if there is any APIs can do this job for me? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Krishna for sharing the link.
From the article, we could infer that it mentions to use iWS desktop application and complement it with Pega CALL integration with CTI.
The requirement we have is to use iWS desktop application with Pega CS with a client side adapter OR APIs OR any approach for connection. There is no CTI integration in scope.
Is there any other suggestion on the requirement.
