@VenkateshPrasath This issue usually happens when the case is being created using a utility like pxCreateTopCase or Create Case smart shape without specifying the starting flow name. When creating a case programmatically or through a process, you must ensure the flow name (starting flow) is provided, especially if the case type has more than one flow or doesn’t use the default pyStartCase. If the flow name is missing, Pega may create the case without starting any flow, which means no assignments or steps are triggered. To fix this, check the step or activity where the case is being created and ensure that the correct flow name is passed using .pyFlowName parameter. Also, validate that the flow exists and is marked as a starter flow.
