How to format SSN (123456789) into (123-45-6789) in PEGA

Hi

As SSN always have fixed format like AAA-GG-SSSS you can write an edit input rule to change to this format or on the change write a data transform where you use String functions to convert to this format. 

Ideally writing a function to do this would be an ideal way.
