How to create SSN Property with 3boxs,2boxs,4 boxs

I want to capture SSN number in 3 boxes ,how can i do?

You could have 3 properties associated with each piece of the SSN for user entry. Then a 4th 'calculated' property which is a concatenation of the 3 properties above before submit to server. This could be one approach unless there is more to your requirement that you haven't mentioned here.
