You can create a property from a dataModel Category. In order to create multiple properties at same time , you need to write an activity with the below java code as :

write this code in a loop : 
String propName="testProp"+getID();
make a call to createRuleObjProperty(this,Work_Class_Name,propName,RuleObjProperty.Type_Text)

You can create multiple properties at a time by:

Right click on the class in which you want to create properties > in the menu select 'Create Properties'.
