Which one is the best place to have connector classes and properties?

Hi,
You mentioned "Division integration layer or Frame work integration layer", so both are integration layer, now based on your usages you need put those elements. If the element/connectors for a Division only, then places those in Division layer, and if that would be used across Frame works, then places accordingly.
If you can share more details like class hierarchy or your requirement , then hope would be able to help you more.

If you want to use this across the application then its better to keep it at framework layer otherwise keep it in your own specific layer based on your requirement.
