Which one have better performance? Decision table or Data type
Decision table have more than 500 hundred rows (if else) to make decision, in this scenario which component provide better performance decision table or having data in data type get decision based on where clause parameters

I go with data type with where clause where it just queries the data and get the required data. With decision table it checks the every row where it takes more processing time.

The answer can vary for different scenario.
If you have a set of data with specified business condition, Decision table may be the efficient way to implement that.
If need to structure a data set with Properties, You can use data type and the performance of data type may vary on how you are using that. If your reporting on your data type let's say to retrieve few columns and but you have a parameterized filter which can be blank or have value based on business requirement, it may not always be performance efficient.
In other case, If may be well optimized based on filter for faster execution, Like I said, the performance can vary on how do you use it.
Also, Decision table is optimized by rule resolution algorithm for faster execution.
So, You may choose one over another based and your business requirement and use case.

When I check decision table java code - it goes with if else and switch case.
