Fix Correspondence Issue - Send Email Smart shape
Team,
I keep getting this message inconsistently when I send the Email using Send Email smart shape. Is something I missed it while configuring the Send Email Smart Shape? Or it's because that I don't have the Email listener running in my Virtual box.
Can you please shed some light on this error message and let me know if I need to make any change in the application to fix this issue?
Note: I do see the email is attached to the case an attachment.

Got to the correspondence rule and select Attach and Hold option. It should not give you the error.

As the error message says, the PRPC installed in your VM can not connect the SMTP server, and it is normal if you have not configured email account for outbound emails.

Since your PRPC is installed on a VM,if you are going to use public SMTP server, like gmail,
1. make sure network settings allow PRPC connecting to the out side of the world.
2. use IP address instead of domain name of SMTP server, to avoid unnecessary DNS lookup error.
