Excel Connector not working after Macro Run

Hi Experts,

I have facing a issue in PEGA Robotic studio. I calling a macro from a workbook it running for more that 30 mins. I have used excel close method to close the workbook which is not working in studio or Runtime.

Is their rule which disconnects excel connector after sometime.

I believe you will need to look at your macro. The method to run a macro is synchronous, meaning it doesn't return until the macro is finished. Can you edit your macro for testing to make it return after a single operation to see if the close works then? I suspect that close isn't working because the macro is still running.
