Excel Adapter not working

Hi,

Recently installed OpenSpan 8.0.

When trying to use MS office adapters like Excel, word etc getting the following error.

Please add the error details to your post to help us analyze your issue better.

Also, we noticed that you have posted another question which looks similar to the one above: Error while interrogating windows application.

Is it 2 different issues or are they related?

What version of Office are you using? Could you attach your RuntimeConfig.xml file from the %appdata%\OpenSpan directory?
