Error when Interrogating in robotoic studio

Hi There,

I have windows 10 version 1903(OS build 18362.239) and openspan 8.0.2014.0. When I start interrogation i get an error which i attached below.

Can you please help me with this error. Appreciate your help!

Hi Pavani,

windows 10 version 1903(OS build 18362.239) requires Pega Robotics 8.0.2018 or higher. I suggest to upgrade your Pega Robotics version to the latest 8.0 SP1 version.
