Object reference not set to an instance of an object when clicking on start interrogation in the studio

Hello, what experts have a question? I have the version of Pega Robot Studio in version 19.1 but I create a web application and when I want to interrogate myself by sending this error, I already install and reinstall but the error still appears, I would appreciate it if you help me solve it, thanks.

We'll need some more details to be able to offer any suggestions. Are you able to attach a StudioLog, screenshots of the error, etc...? What build of 19.1 are you using? What is the build version of Windows you are using?
