After closing the solution in Pega Studio and upon opening the solution again, I encountered a critical error. When I try to open the automation, the attached prompt appears. If I click "Yes", automation is opened as a blank and my work is gone.
@KasiaM40 We would need to have a copy of your solution in order to determine what might be getting corrupted. If you can revert to a prior version of that file, then that would likely be quicker, but if you cannot recreate what you have worked on, you can open a support request and our support team may be able to determine what the corruption is and undo it.
While you are waiting, you can enable the Studio log file publisher and set all categories to verbose. Recreate the issue and then look in your %AppData%\Pegasystems folder in the StudioLog.txt and see if there's any indication of the portion that is breaking.

@KasiaM40 I would suggest that you recreate your automation from scratch. Editing the os file is really tricky and really should only be a last resort. Going forward, I would also suggest using some form of source control so that you have a backup. I like to zip my solution folder periodically so that I have a backup copy handy local to my machine.
As for creating tickets, each organization has someone who has been assigned as the contact who can add developers to their account so that they are able to create and view support requests. You can contact your management and they should be able to get someone to add you or they can contact support and get you added.

@KasiaM40 You might enable Verbose logging for Studio and take a look at the StudioLog.txt file when you open the corrupted automation. That might clue you in as to where the issue lies. You might be able to not make the same mistake again at least.
