Error When Interrogating Thunderbird Email Client

When I configured Pega Studio with a project that needs to interrogate Thunderbird, I get an error when the system tries to load Thunderbird for interrogation. I don't get this same error if I click on the EXE with my mouse cursor so what is different about loading through the Pega Robotics Studio that is causing the error 'Couldn't Load XPCOM'?
