Error when interrogating after adding a web application

Hi team,

I am getting the following error when I click on start interrogation after adding a web application -

Unable to start process iexplore.exe. Start process injected failed.

I am unable to resolve it.

Appreciate your support.

Hi @JarpulaS

Robotics v19.1.11 is not supported with Windows 20 H2, hence you are getting this issue. I suggest you upgrade the studio to the latest version of Robotics (19.1.87) as the Windows 20 H2 is added from v19.1.69 onwards.

Incidentally, you can update the Pega Native Foundation (PNF) on its own (separate from Runtime) to resolve this issue, however given the age of the version of Runtime you are using, I would suggest updating both Runtime (and of course Studio) and the PNF.

@ThomasSasnett Hey I have upgraded the PNF and Robot studio with the version 19.1.81 but no use. Still I am facing the same issue.

@raos I have upgrade to above mentioned version, still it is throwing same error.

 

Could you please help me to resolve the issue?.

@JarpulaS Your version of Pega Native Foundation is ...2004. That means it is tested to work with Windows 10 Version 2004 and below. As your version is greater than that, you'll need one that ends with 2101 (that is the version that supports 21H1). It is shipped with Runtime version 19.1.88 or higher. Download that version of Runtime and install the PNF from that zip and you should be good.
