How to Interrogate Downward Arrow when Clicking the Button by using Robotic Studio
Hi All,
I've designed a simple automation and have to interrogate the simple button with downward arrow.
Normally, when clicking the downward arrow it shows drop down elements as below.
But when interrogation by using robotic studio, it captured whole "Claim" button (Blue rectangle), but I need to capture downward arrow only. That means,Not able to Interrogate the complete just the downward arrow near to claim, instead it is capturing completely.
I inspected the blue rectangle and searched elements for it, but no any div or class for drop down icon.

Hi,
If you are unable to interrogate any controls using interrogation form, try from the web controls tab of adapter. Where you have to select the page and select type of control and hit list web controls.once you find them from the list just right click and create control.
