Pega Robotics Studio - Error while performing interrogation - access is denied
Hi
I get the following error, when trying to run an interrogation on the following page
http://visualconnections.net/PECOS/INDIVIDUAL/login.htmll
The error I am getting is an exception
Access is denied ( HRESULT) 0x800700005 ( E_ACCESSDENIED)
I have attached a screenshot as well,
Has anyone seen this issue before and also is there a resolution ?

My problem is solved.
Added my website into Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer Security settings and changed the security level to Medium.

Do you get the error as soon as the interrogation starts, or when you try to interrogate an object?
There may be a compatibility issue. Check your Windows 10 version by entering winver in your start menu. Also, please check what version of Robotics Studio you're using by going to Help > About.
Finally, double-check the url you are using as that one seems to lead to a page not found landing page.

Hi Alex,
For me the error comes when I try to interrogate an object. This is happening only for web adapter applications.
My windows version is Windows Server 12 R2 and Robotics Studio version is 8.0.1025.0.
Any solution for this problem ?

My problem is solved.

I have faced this problem many times. Adding the website under trusted websites always solved my problem. I don't know any other solution.
Make another thread for your question or raise a SR.
