I am getting below Error when I click on "My Support Portal" link or button.

Hi Vishal,
On investigation, we found that your operator ID has been disabled for My Support Portal access as your have not logged into MSP from past 6 months. Just now we have re-enabled your access, kindly re-login and confirm us.
