Error with Landing PAge for CSCCSR

hi all,

when i try to login to Pega Instance with CSCCSR i am getting the Following Error.

Display error

Action that failed : CPMInteractionPortal - For class : CPM-Portal - Current operator : CSCCSR

Object key : - Read/Write : InputEnabled

Error message : Section 'CPMInteractionPortal' execution error on page 'pyDisplayHarness' of class 'CPM-Portal'. : Error including section 'CSPortalHeaderWrapper' on page 'pyDisplayHarness' of class 'CPM-Portal'.

when i click on Attemp to open in Review.

The following information is Displayed.

Status Good
Message The Operation completed successfully, but returned no content
Operator ID CSCCSR
Requestor ID HD95740DBC3BDD90D8321301903ED613C

JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Xms4096m -Xmx8192m -XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=1024m "

New

JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Xms4096m -Xmx8192m -XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=1024m -Djava.awt.headless=true"

I am Connecting using the link 

http://HostName:8080/prweb/PRServlet  

Later after entering the user/passwd I am getting the above Error. 

I am able to Login to the Application with Other USers like [email protected], CSCAdmin, CSCSysAdmin etc properly.

Great finding, by any chance can you please help me in understanding what caused the problem and how did adding

-Djava.awt.headless=true in jvm config helped
