Social Engagement Landing Page Not Appearing

Hi All

I am working on a Demo related to PEGA Customer Service. I need to implement PEGA Social Engagement. I am refreeing to https://docs.pega.com/pega-customer-service-714-social-engagement-implementation-guide.

I am using the PVS Excersie system and building my application on top of CustomerService:07.21

Problem Statement

After the application installation I can not see "Social Engagement" landing page. I am definately missing some configuration can any one point it out?

Thanks for the response. Your response has given me a clue how to enbale the link. Although with my previous profile I was no able to see the PegaFW:SocialAdmin role. Now I have created my application on top of CSSocial:07.21 which is built on top of CustomerService:07.21. I can accees the Social Engagement Landing Page now.

Hi Pritam,

  This may be due to social admin access issue . Please check if the operator has the required access. For the operator check the access group > available roles , if PegaFW:SocialAdmin is available.

      Social engagement feature in CS has undergone major architecture changes in CS 7.21. Please refer to the section "Pega Customer Service Social Engagement Implementation" in the guide "https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-customer-service-721-implementation-guide" for configuring the feature. Let us know if you are still facing issues with the configuration.
