Discovering Engagement Maps functionality
Hello Guys,
I wanted to discover Engagement Maps functionality offered by the new version of Pega SFA 7.21, but, it requires the new product hierarchy( as mentioned in the documentation, this can be achieved from the Sales Operations portal, from the Tools -> Manage Products. The product hierarchy can also be imported into Sales Automation by using Product Bulkupload tool) . My main problem is that when I went to Tools -> Manage Products and tried to create a product manually, I encountered the following:
How to do that? I only want to have a subset of products, so , I can view my map. Please, can you help?

you mean to say that you are not able to create a product?
Could you share the env details to login?

Thanks Venkataviswanatha Sharma, yes, I'm not able to create it in order to view my engagement map.
These are the details:
- Before the Upgrade, we were using PRPC 7.1.7 with SFA 7.13. Now, it is SFA 7.21
- DB : Oracle version Proprietary information hidden.0
- Engagement maps enabled: Yes
