@JaghadishR , From my understanding, I can see that there are two issues .
1) For Search Not working : Open Dev Studio > System > Search and check if all the rules/data are in Available status -
( if not you can click on Reindex- make sure stream node is up ( Dev Studio -> Decisioning > Infrastruture > Services > Stream)).
check if the Search Index host node setting is online.
2) For Job scheduler throwing the error : The Job scheduler runs with the System Context. So after the case creation, if the case is assigned to Current operator then Pega does not have an Operator-ID System to assign the case.
You can either change the Context of Operator in the Job scheduler activity by Setting the OperatorID.pyUserIdentifier or the case can be assigned to a Workbasket.
@uashok93 hi Ashok - thanks for the reply - i wasnt unable to see any difference in the operator search even after restart. I am trying on the access roles currently just to check if there had been any issue on this - will keep you posted if there are any improvements on the same
