Unable to discover Operator instance on Search Bar
Hi
I am working on Pega v 8.5 and I am unable to search for any operator instances in the search bar.
While trying to execute a job scheduler to create a case - the case creation fails with a message: #Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record System.

@JaghadishR the operator who is searching operators has the privilege to open Data-Admin-Operator-ID?
Hope this user has PegaRULES:SysAdm4 role?

@JaghadishRLooks like something is wrong with operator class or table ..could you try going to operators using landing page(Org &security--Organization and Operators) and open any operator and save ?
Also try creating the new operator then check in logs or by tracing.

@JaghadishR , From my understanding, I can see that there are two issues . 1) For Search Not working : Open Dev Studio > System > Search and check if all the rules/data are in Available status - ( if not you can click on Reindex- make sure stream node is up ( Dev Studio -> Decisioning > Infrastruture > Services > Stream)). check if the Search Index host node setting is online.
2) For Job scheduler throwing the error : The Job scheduler runs with the System Context. So after the case creation, if the case is assigned to Current operator then Pega does not have an Operator-ID System to assign the case. You can either change the Context of Operator in the Job scheduler activity by Setting the OperatorID.pyUserIdentifier or the case can be assigned to a Workbasket.

@uashok93 hi Ashok - thanks for the reply - i wasnt unable to see any difference in the operator search even after restart. I am trying on the access roles currently just to check if there had been any issue on this - will keep you posted if there are any improvements on the same
