@naveenkumarb3241 this error usually happens because the Constellation routing table is stale or missing. Patch first: update to 24.2.2. Then save the Application rule, clear your browser storage, and click Generate routing table on the app’s Advanced tab. Turn on the EnableCoexistence toggle in both apps: the remote UI-Kit app and the local Constellation app.

@Sairohith we cannot upgrade to patch version 24.2.2. however I have tried regenerate the routing table and clear browser cache. It is still not working. It used to work for 6 months we have recently performed minor skimming of applications and from then the delegation stopped working with end user portal but for admin role the delegation landing page shown up.
