Error while launching search landing page in PEGA 842

Getting below error while launching Search landing page in Dev studio. 

"The Flow Action pre-processing activity pzLPSearchManagerMainActivityWrapper failed: Unable to derive classname for index: data-data-robotic-operationalstatistics-exception".

Any idea how to fix this.

com.pega.pegarules.priv.search.nextgen.FTSException: Unable to derive classname for index: work-xxx-yyy-work-xyrequest

You can cadd the following JVM argument to the Search node: -Dindex.directory=/index_directory.

Hi @sudheerp2695,

 

The Dindex.directory is already configured, the search processes are working, and the status of the search host is online but we still have the same issue.

Have you tried any other workaround?
