Organisation Setup Landing Page

Need help regarding Organisation setup Landing Page. Can somebody tell me where do I find the Organisation Setup Landing page in version 7.1.7. I have downloaded the PVS and I dont see Organisation Setup in Org & Security -> Organisation Landing Page. Any help would be appreciated.

Organization setup landing page is deprecated and removed in Pega 7.

Create a new application using Application express to create new organization.
