Environment for practice
Hos does Pega thinks that people like me for example that is not working in a partner of even worst it is unemployed, can keep practicing to be able to get a job if they stop to offer the local environments and also does not allow people that is not employed in a partner or a customer to have a environment that they will be able to keep practicing and doing that keeps up to date in order to be able to get a job? Also a environment like that it is only available for a Pega certified instructors? Looks like only few "chosen" ones can have this right. Which is a shamed. I would like to keep practicing in a environment that I have freedom to create my own POCs instead of only using the exercise environment tat I do not have any freedom and need to follow what is in there like a robot!? This is not right!

I see your Pega account is Active, so you can access all Public content on Pega Academy, including the challenges. You can use the Pega instances in the challenges and mission exercises to continue building your Pega skills. All free of charge.
Simply log in to Pega Academy with your Pega account credentials to continue your learning.
Also, you can register for a Community Edition trial - free of charge. These trials are good for 30 days, but you can always register for a new trial instance after one expires.
