Email Listener Configuration Tracer

Hello!

I have already run/restarted my email listeners, I tried tracing the email service method however it shows no error, but my email from gmail wont come through to pega, is there any other way I could trace / check where's the problem coming from?

Hi,

Could you please let us know which protocol is being used by the email server and also enable debug for below class , reproduce the scenario and heck if there is any error message in pegarules log.

com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.email.EmailListener com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.email.EmailHelper
