can we configure an email listener to pick email from a sub folder

can we configure an email listener to pick emails from a sub folder? please let me know.

Hi,
In the Folder name field, specify the name of the email folder that the listener is to monitor, typically INBOX.
However, you can update this to suit your requirements.
If you specify a subfolder, be sure to include higher-level folders, for example, INBOX/Sub-Folder.
Remember: You specify the folder paths and names in accordance with your email provider.

Yes. We can configure Email listener to listener in subfolder. However all incoming emails should go to that sub folder directly instead of INBOX.

Email listeners provide the Pega 7 Platform with the information it needs to route email incoming messages to an email service rule (Rule-Service-Email rule type).
They identify the Listener, the email account name, the name of the mail folder to monitor, the message format of the incoming messages, which email service rule to route messages to, and so on.
For this Folder name you have to Enter the name of the email folder that the listener is to monitor, typically INBOX.
So I think you can change that and check with the subfolder name.

How did u mention the folder path?
>> INBOX
>> INBOX/SUBFOLDERNAME
>> SUBFOLDERNAME
