Email body content not getting set for the suggested case in email channel
We are using Pega 8.4.4. To address one of the business requirements, used the email channel provided in Pega 8.4.4. Channel rule is configured to create a suggested case, on receiving the specific Keyword in the mail body. All that is working as expected but mail body content is not set into the suggested case. To address the requirement, need to process the mail body content. Helpful if email body content can be mapped into the suggested case. (Entity extraction has limited options and can’t use to map the mail body content into suggested case.)
