DOM_SubscriptionPlan Offer not found in Call Center App

I am completing exercises for 7.13.    In  "Designing Offer for Multi-Channel Campaign"   I added and configured the Inbound Call Center Shape and check in the offer but when I login to the NBAA the offer does not display for DOM_SubscriptionPlan .   The other offers display.   I get the specified offer cannot be found error?

Update:  I re-imported the jar file, unchecking to not overwrite the modified offer flow and now the offer shows up
