I just tried the exercise, Step 3, in Chrome browser and the Search worked. I entered Sara Connor in the Search field, hit the Enter key and it returned one report record. Then clicked the report record and it showed the report detail.
Can you use Chrome? It may be an issue in Edge browser.

I received the same in the decision hub after rejecting the offer but that's not the same sara conner. email and address are different than the call centre sara conner.

Can you confirm the version you are working with? I just got a fresh system for the 8 version of the course and can find Sara.
