I am from Amazon Connect team. We have a customer trying to migrate their customer service to Pega using Amazon Connect CTI. They are currently running into a hurdle, as Pega CTI configuration does't allow them to update the Contact Center instance URL "https://<instancename>.awsapps.com/connect". Limiting the URL to this, restricts customers using SAML based Connect instances, as the sign-in url for those is different.
Can you please confirm if there is any plans from Pega to make Contact Center instance URL field editable in future.

Seems you are working on the older Pega Call version, may I know which version of Pega Call you are referring to, from 8.2 version onwards we have provided an option to edit the Server URL field which we used to call Contact Center instance URL in the older versions(before 8.2)
