Calling real time container on Pega 8 returns zero offers; but absurdly writes one offer to IH.
Hi All,
I would like to keep this simple and fast to read for you. I wonder if anybody can help and has an idea why a real time container call returns zero offer for a campaign, yet it writes to the interaction history?
Missing property being set? Wrong strategy? Wrong REST end point called? Please see document with 4 screenshots or so before replying.
This is Pega Marketing 8 by the way (8.1) installed on my laptop bare metal (hopefully not an installation problem).

It was only about the "Remove the Resource parameter". It was removed. It all worked.

Is the ExternalEventContainer container defined at the Top Level? Remove the Resource parameter from your request, this is intended for Call Center channel call and specifying AllResults will return both Actions and Offers.
