Unable to delete Real-Time Container

Anyone know how to delete a Container rule? I am getting this error: 

  • This Container is currently referenced in one or more Campaigns, NBA configurations, or Supporting Decision and cannot be deleted at this time.

Even if I remove the container from the trigger section of NBA designer, it still won't let me delete.
