Does Express Support Sub-Cases or Case SubTypes?
I have a case called client and I would like to have sub cases of Client. It does not appear that Express supports this and I wanted to confirm. Thank you!

I believe the correct term that should have been used is Child Case. It appears that a child case cannot be created in Express and that would have to be done using Designer Studio. I suppose this means that it I do this all configuration must be done from Designer Studio and I would no longer be able to use Express. Please confirm? Thank you

Child case types are supported through the create case step.

Hi,
Please let me know how I can remove a case type in 7.2.1 version. When I right click on the case type I can see the:
- Open
- Add a child case type
- Show in Create menu

From Pega Express, a delete option shows up in the menu for the case type.
From Designer Studio, use the refactoring tools to delete the class.
