How to create sub cases within a case?

Thanks for posting your query to PSC!!
Please follow the below steps to create subcases with in cases. Please note the screenshots are taken from Pega 7.2.2
1. Open Cases explorer.
2. Click on the down arrow 
on the case for which you want to create a subcase.
3. Click on 'Add a child case type'.
4. Modal window will be opened that allows you to add either new case/existing case as subcase.
