DocuSign - signed documents not automatically attached/sent back to the case

I integrated DocuSign to our application. It works well in terms of sending and receiving the document to be signed. But as soon as the document is signed by the designated recipient, it does not show in Pega case as attachment. It shows the signed document both in demo.docusign.net and the recipients emails but not as attachment in the case. How to fix this?

Apologies for the delay in our response. While we're looking at investigating this internally, are you able to tell us the Pega version you are using?

Also, did you refer to this PDN article when setting up DocuSign? Integrating DocuSign with the Pega 7 Platform
