Docusign Integration- Unable to add signing order in PEGA for a template created in Docusign
Hi,
We are trying to send a template created in Docusign from PEGA. We are able to send the template. However, we want to set the signing order in PEGA and not define it directly on Docusign Template. When we use a Docusign template in PEGA, it asks us to set the values on pyTemplateRoles page on pyPrepareNewEnvelope Data Transform. We can set the value of name and email on this but we do not have a property to set the signing order as the pyRoutingOrder property lies on pySigners page. Could anyone please let us know how to set signing order in pega while using a docusign template?

I just saw that routing order is supported for template based signing requests.
But as you said.. not all of the schema needed for above api is not captured into pega data model ootb since docusign has a very vast and sophisticated api. So the ootb offering was designed to be extensible.
You can perhaps try creating a property called 'routingOrder' in your RS that applies to Pega-Int-DocuSign-TemplateRoles and use the same in your DT.
