Designer studio - none of the explorers working except recent

We are on Pega CSI 7.22 and Pega7.2.2

We recently upgraded from 7.21 to 7.22 of CSI and 7.2.1 to 7.2.2 of Pega.

After that, we are not able to access the developer studio explorers - Data, App or any other except recent. (no navigation list shows up there)

When we turn on the tracer, it shows up. I landed in below post and tried the option that worked for the user - Regenerate pzControl Library and switched applications. That did not help.

Able to find a solution to this issue. We had three hotfixes in a DL that we received (DL-67122.zip) that we were using the hotfix manager to apply. But, these must be unzipped and imported as individual JARs (three JARs are there)

  • hfix-31078
  • hfix-31428
  • hfix-32364

And then restart the App server.
