Recent Explorer - recent item entries are not persisting in the db table
Hi,
We recently upgraded from Pega 7.2 to Pega 8.2. Whenever I open the rules, they are displaying in Recent Explorer. However, when I log off and log back in, the recently open rules are not displaying in Recent Explorer. There is no data entry made in "Pega_data.pr_data_recents" table at the back end for these recently open rules.

Please configure the DSS Pega-UIEngine • pyMaxRecents Count and check if the recent item entries are persisted in the table: Pega_data.pr_data_recents

DSS pyMaxRecents is configured to 30. No recent item entries are persisted in the table Pega_data.pr_data_recents. However, All the recent item entries are under "Declare_pxRecents" data page in the clipboard.

Please check, "pzPopulateRecentGadgetList" activity is working fine at your end. Was it not disable at the node level or any other alteration have been made in its default behaviour at your end. Also, verify the content of node level "Declare_pxRecents" data page under "Data Pages" subheading in the clipboard.

pzPopulateRecentGadgetList is working fine and I'm not seeing any errors in the tracer. I verified the content of node level "Declare_pxRecents" data page under "Data Pages" subheading in the clipboard, I was able to see recent items entries in the clipboard and pyIsPersisted is set to true. However, Recent items entries are not persisted in the table Pega_data.pr_data_recents. I'm only seeing entries from before we upgraded to PEGA8.
