Default entries in System-User-Recents

Hi

I have seen a lot of entries in System-User-Recents with pyRecordKey as “Default Record Key”. I could only find a Data Transform named “pxRecentsDefaults” that is possibly creating these entries but I am not sure what calls this Data Transform and in which scenario.
