Lag in displaying the recent details in case search

After resolving a case, doing a case search is not reflecting the new status .There is a delay , after a while only the new status shows in case search.

Dashboard displays the new status instantly.

Is there anything that could be verified for indexing ?

Is Incremental indexing using Stream service? Beginning 8.1 due to the use of stream service, index changes are realtime and do not rely on database processing.

Generally, in Pega we have 2 delays :

  • FTSIncrementalIndexer agent delay – 60sec.
  • Elastic search delay – refresh_interval configuration.

Thus, I believe the behaviour you are reporting is expected.
