Delegated data type rules do not display correctly after a few idle minutes
We have delegated a data type and added validation to it. The UI usually behaves correctly. However when the user leaves the form open for a few minutes the form becomes "corrupted"
- Controls that were read-only become editable
- Checkbox turns into radio button
- Validation is run only in the background (I can still trace messages thrown by Validation) but the messages are not displayed on UI and it seems not to prevent record from being saved. I am not sure what is the reason: a Platform issue or our poral implementation. Any hints what to check?

Can you verify the database connectivity of the Class of your data type once and see if it is good.

@PrakashDeep Connection when tested works However it seems connection is lost after a few minutes. Maybe when another user attempts to open the delegated rule.

Is this happening for only this delegated data type or other data types also?. This should not be the intended behaviour. Ideally the connection should be intact even if a second user try to access the same delegated data type. If the connection is going idle or disconnecting, it might be something in the DB settings.
I am not an expert on DB but there are some settings like this. Also check if there is any DSS which check for this in PEGA side.
