Customize email configuration

I have some question about email configuration :

- Can we add Cc and Bcc options when we send email with pega?

- Can we configure dynamic from email sender? So we can change "from email sender" everytime without change outbound email configurations.

Hi ,

-You can add BCC and CC options in Pega . for that you can check SendEmailNotification OOTB activity Parameters Tab.

-You can send email from any account just make sure you pass the require parameters to the sending activity. 

For sending email Following Parameters are required .

  1. EmailAddress
  2. AccountID
  3. Password
  4. smtpHost
  5. UseSSL
  6. UserFullName
  7. ReplyTo
  8. SignatureKeyStore
  9. SignatureKeyStorePassword
  10. KeystoreInstance
  11. KeystoreAlias
  12. smtpPort
  13.  
Make sure you get the values for this parameters from the account you want to send the email.
