CTI pop-up issue
Hi Team,
can you please help on this issue. In OOTB when we tried to launch the incoming call we are getting the CTI pop up as animation. when i tried to set up in mt application its coming as an pop window(its not similar to OOTB window). Kindly suggest on this and do let me know what rules i need to configure.

Hi Sravan,
Whenever you try to launch an incoming call, Pega checks for the presence of toasterpop div and based on the result the pop-up is launched inside the portal or as a new window.
1. On Click is configured to run script
2. When the demoScreenPop function is called, it looks for div named toasterpop
3. If this div exists, incoming call is shown as an overlay inside the portal, if this doesn’t exists call is shown as a new window.

4. In OOTB interaction portal, this is included through a section named ToasterPop inside the Header.
You may try including the ToasterPop section inside your portal header and test the behavior.
