Botton and Pop-Up for delete case

 
Hello,
I have a "delete case" button that calls a pop-up action with a "do you want to delete the case?" with yes or no buttons using a pxForceCaseClose activity, but by selecting the yes button it does not perform the activity and does not delete the case.

how do I make my popup delete the case?

Does your pop-up "yes" button has "click" event to call the activity "pxForceCaseClose"? Can you share the button configuration? Also, from the tracer log, was the activity called?
