CTI Logs - Fetching other node log
Hi Pega community,
I'd like to know how to fetch the logs of another node where we are not logged in. Currently, I can only see the CTI logs related to the node I'm logged it. Thanks.

@danieltitello You can have a shared file system or NFS approach .

@Raju_Botu Thanks for your response. We look the cti logs directly in design studio.

@danieltitello If its through designer studio, then you have to go to each node to download the logs.
If you are on cloud, you can use kibana to look at consolidated logs across all the nodes and analyze patterns.

@Raju_Botu we would like to have all the cti logs from all nodes in one location only. We use kibana for the other logs types like alert, security and etc. Do you think we could include the cti logs in kibana? thanks.

@danieltitello Can you please share a screenshot of how you are accessing CTI logs today ? Are you going to System - > Operations - > logs?
Are on you on PegaCloud?
You should definitely be able to see CTI logs on kibana. Did you try on kibana?

@Raju_Botu I'm not sure if the company policy allows that.
For CTI logs we access through System - > Operations - > logs
The other logs through kibana.
The CTI log path where the logs are being stored is different than the other logs, don't know why.
Yes, we are using pega cloud.

@danieltitello Ok, if its on Pega cloud and you want to access the logs across the nodes, I think its best to raise SR with Pega on this. They should be able to sort it out for you.
If its on prem, we can have different solutions. With Pega cloud you have limited options.
