Nice CXOne CTI connectivity
hi Pega team, I am working with a project that requires Pega Nice CXOne CTI integration. could you please help me with any related limitation of the CTI connector with Nice CXOne? And, for any potential customizations, can we work with your support? Also do we need to host a seperate connector component?

@SandeepPenumadu So we are using Pega Platform 25.1.1 Constellation application and PegaCRM 25.1.1 with Constellation

@RazaJ17601175 - I’m not sure which version you are working on, but I would recommend using the OOTB NICE CxOne CTI connector in 24.2 if it’s Constellation, and 25.1 if it’s the traditional UI (UIKIT).
